I just have one small problem it not configured to my body shape meaning it flips up in the back . I have hips and a booty where you could place a cup between my back and booty. But I am hopping as I lose weight the problem will fix itself.

New trainer I absolutely love it… This my second one I went down on size

Sad Not as good as the 1st one i got. I went down a size because it was getting big on me. The 2nd one is a little uncomfortable and its on the 2nd hooks . Also it's making my skin irritated

love this waist trainer This is the 4th waist trainer that I've bought from this site. This time I decided to order a 2XL which is big on me. I think I am in between sizes because the XL seems too small but I can put my hand inside the 2XL to scratch my belly lol. For reference I am 5'5" 215 pounds and wear a size 12 in pants.

The zipper keeps coming unzipped as I wear the waist trainer, Otherwise it is pretty good

Expected and More I am 5’6 235 and wear an xl I bought an xxl....I Absolutely fell in love with it by watching the trainer on a video and once I got it it was EVERYTHING!!!! I expected and more honey talking about snatched it doesn’t roll down it’s very comfortable and flexible. It was tough to get in at first but after it was not a problem. The only thing is that to be careful when zipping down because my skin got caught a little bit in the zipper and was not a great feeling lol. I will be ordering another one for working out.

My order took about 2weeks to arrive.. Good quality material, but unfortunately I purchased the 2XL (according to the size chart)which was too big. I had to return and exchange it for XL. Still waiting for my XL waist trainer to arrive. I would suggest that when trying to get the right size waist trainer, go with your shirt size.

The quality was very well made. The material appeared very durable. However, the sizing should indicate the item is made smaller. Customer should know to size up when purchasing.

Exactly what I was looking for I researched and searched for a waist trainer for months. When I saw this one, after reading many reviews on it. I ordered it. It is everything that I need it to be. I is comfortable and I can see myself wearing it for 8 hr days.

An amazing product... OMG, this is the best! First of all, the shipping was fast. I placed my order on 12/6/18 and received it last Tuesday 12/11. I am 5,4" tall. Last time I weighed myself I was at 205 lbs. My measurements are 40-32-42, and I have an average size torso. Not long at all, and not too short so it covers all my stomach. I ordered the 2xl. I received it after work on Tuesday and started wearing it Wednesday 12/12. Today is 12/20 so it's been just over a week since I started wearing it. Initially it was difficult to put on. I was able to clip them myself but couldn't zip it up so I got help the first two days. By my third day, Friday, I was able to clip AND zip up myself without help. I am apple shaped but once I put this on it gave me that hour glass figure. It gives me a better posture too, esp. when I sit down. Surprisingly though, it was quite comfortable from the first day. As I type, I am at work giving this review and still wearing my clip and zip. I think it has adjusted to my body so I ordered the next size down, the XL, and per the shipping info I will be getting that today. One tiny down side to this is, because I've been wearing it for a while (I've worn it 10-12 hours every day except Saturday), my back is so sucked in and you can tell I have something on. Now, the clip and zip is not noticeable. You cannot tell I have it on from the front, only from my back, and I think it's because it's adjusted to my body. When I receive the XL I will come back and update my review.

Too big I followed the guidelines as far as the measurements. I'm 5'3.5", I weigh 185lbs, my chest is 36", my waist is 34" and my hips are 45" so I got a L. But when I tried it on, I was able to fit the 3rd hook loosely. So I sent it back and am currently waiting on my size M.

First timer This is my first waist trainer and I really like it. It took some getting use to, but it pulls my mid section (my problem area) inn and also helps with slight back pain. Ordered a size up.

pretty good product I like this product. When you get it and wear it for the first time it is extremely tight. I had to take it off because it was so tight. It loosened up a bit with wear though.

AMAZING Bought My Waist Trainer (clip and zip) on 04/13 and received and start wearing it on 04/15. I started off with a waist measurement of 34' and measured again on 04/21 and was alittle under 33'! RESULTS IN LESS THAN A WEEK! I am only drinking water and working out 3-4 times a week. It helps. I have an office job so I wear it for 8+ hours. Good Luck! Hope this helps someone!
