Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Sizing
I ordered the wrong item or wrong size?
You may make corrections to your order anytime during preshipment. If your order has been shipped you can start an exchange at our returns portal to send back your item(s) for the correct size. If your items have not been shipped yet please call/text/WhatsApp us at 845-577-8826 as soon as possible

When should I order a smaller size ?
When your garment no longer feel like its compressing you on the last latch and begins to slide and move around it is no longer effective and it is time to size down
Which size shaper should I order?
Please see our sizing charts. Also use your discretion as all women are shaped differently. We usually suggest women above an XL go one size up.
How do I measure my waist?
Use a tape measure to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.) Don’t suck in your stomach, or you’ll get a false measurement.
What if I have a long torso?
If you have a longer torso we recommend looking at our collection of vests they are just as effective and extend 2-3 inches lover to cover your entire abdomen.
Should I order a size down?
No, you should never order a size down. Shapers run slightly small so if you are not sure order your size,or a size up.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Do You offer International shipping?
Yes, we do. We are able to ship to most countries outside of the Untied States. Please not that free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
How long does shipping take?

Domestic(placed in USA) orders will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days depending on the shipping option you select.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
All prices stated on the website will be billed in USD at checkout.
Packages may take longer to arrive during holiday busy season, up to 20 business days.

We hate when that happens too. Please allow another 2 business days to pass as the post office sometimes scans items in prematurely. If you still have not recieved your Items by then reach out to us and we will get to the bottom of it ASAP!

Absolutely! If your garment doesn't fit you for any reason we will gladly exchange it for you within 30 days of delivery.

What is waist training?
Waist Training is the gradual process of waist reduction using waist training garments to achieve a hourglass shape and slim the abdomen.
What are waist trainers
Waist Trainers are reshaping garments made of natural latex materials that re position, mobilize and breakdown adipose tissue (fat cells) in the stomach, waist and back giving a more defined waist lineresulting in a tighter, firmer, curvier figure.
HELP! I'm new to waist training
When getting a new Waist Trainer it should be difficult to get on and may require you to have assistance. Wearing it may be uncomfortable the first few hours but once it molds and take shape of your body it feel more comfortable. You can wear your garment on top of a shirt,camisole or against the skin either way iseffective.
Are waist training results permanent?
Results can be permanent but like any regiment maintenance is suggested. Once you reach your goal you should maintain by wearing your garments as often as possible.
Do I need to diet and exercise while waist training?
Maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly are the keys to living a healthy lifestyle, will compliment your waist training journey tremendously. We recommend all of our patrons combine waist training with regular exercise unless advised otherwise by a physician.
Is waist training safe?
Waist Training our garments is completely safe. Killer Kurves products are made of natural materials and also have flexi boning so you can move comfortably. If you have any health conditions or concerns please consult your physician before you begin waist training.
How do I clean my waist trainer?
Hand wash your garment and hang to dry only. You can also wipe the garments down with antibacterial or alcohol wipes. Placing your garment in a dryer may damage it .
Can I wear my shapewear after surgery?
Our garments can be used post-surgical procedure. However, we do not give medical advice and suggest you consult with our physician before using our garments.
Can I wear my garment while sleeping?
Many of our patrons swear by sleeping in their garments but it is not necessary. Using your garments consistently while you are awake will achieve the same results.
How many garments do I need
Like any other undergarment we recommend have multiple pieces so that you can wear your garments consistently, and avoid premature wear and tear.
